Our facial features and body structures are predetermined genetically. Little can be done to undo anything there. • Wash face regularly: A daily beauty is fairly easy and not at all time consuming. Cleanse, tone and moisturizer every night after returning from work or generally in the evening before dinner.

• Good riddance: Soak a facial cloth in warm water, and then sprinkle salt on it before rubbing it gently over the entire face straight from rinsing. You can do this twice or thrice a month.

In the morning start with a lukewarm shower, making the final rinse as cold as you can take. This will stimulate circulation and help tone the skin. Use a loofah, which is a dry, rough vegetable guard that softens and swells when wet to rub off dead skin and improve circulation.

• Hair trail: When styling and doing your hair ensure you treat it gently brushing and combing with alight hand and only when necessary. Ensure you use the right brush and comb and that they are very clean at the time of use. Check out your hair type so that you can care about them accordingly. Like which shampoo and conditioner is good for your hair. Dry your hair naturally or with towel when ever possible and protect it from the sun by dressing up in hats or applying some conditioner beforehand.

• Keep smiling: Looking good has a lot to do with your attitude to life. Lead a healthy, happy and stress free life for a good looking skin. Ensure that you have some time to relax with yourself every day. In the middle of a crisis, think a happy thought and smile. Take a deep breathe and then solve the problem. Never get stressed.
