A lot of young kids don’t like to take a bath and they create a big fuss whenever you try them to have one. With life getting busier, a lot of mothers bathe their toddlers in a rush like the other daily chores of responsibility. Some mothers do think of bath time as an excuse to spend some quality time with their kids. And this becomes not only a joyful activity for the child but also a way of bonding with your children. Make sure that you are free at the time you are bathing your child. So next time you are thinking to take the clothes off your little one and are heading to the bath tub, don’t forget to make the bath time a fun time.

BUBBLES
Suiting your child’s requirement, arrange a bubble bath. If you are not having a bath tub, get a bucket of your baby’s height instead and make sure that the child can be comfortably accommodated in it. Opt for the bubble product which is soft on your baby’s skin. Try different colors and flavors available. Make all the bubble bottles available around the bathing area and involve your kid by asking them, which one they would like to use. It will increase their recognition power and next time you’ll arrange for the bubble bath, they would definitely help you.

ESSENTIAL OILS
Put drops of lavender or cameo mile essential oils in the bathing water of your children. This will help them in relaxing for the rest of the day. You can also use them in bubble baths and the smell will make you child familiar with the nose power.

MUSIC
Do sing along your child’s favorite songs and encourage your child too. You can also put the songs on the music system.

BATH TOYS
Use the toys when your child is bathing. Give your child the toys which are exclusively available in the market for bathing. If you don’t have the bath toys, you can give the normal toys or things your child play with. The idea is to make the bath a playful activity.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Make your child’s bath an educational one once a week. Use words associated with the bathroom or things around and make them learn them and understand them. Your child will get familiar with the language skills through bath, now is it not amazing.

RIGHT CLOTHING
It is very important that you embrace the child with the towel after the bath. Especially in winters make sure to put on something warm right after you have dried your child with the towel.

WATER TEMPERATURE
Use appropriate water temperature. Don’t use extreme water temperatures despite of the weather conditions as children get expose soon. Use room temperature water is summers and moderately warm water in winters.

In some years, your child will like to have a bath san you. So don’t loose these playful moments with him/her which will become memories for you and your child.
