1. If your conditioner is finished and there is no time to go to the market. Use a mild soap like Pears or Dove or a gentle facial cleanser like Gamier or Ponds and then do a quickie shampoo massaging at the roots. This process will act like a preconditioner, hydrating hair but removing excess scalp oil.
2. Instead of gel, mousse or volumizer, use a dab of shaving foam instead. It gives great texture and definition.
3. Treat your skin with potatoes for that extra softness. Potatoes are a natural soother, which act as an anti-inflammatory to calm skin. Create your own potato pack by mashing, mix it up with honey and apply. Next time you will be buying potatoes for that extra glow on your skin.
4. Treat the bruises with the ice packs. Hold the ice pack continuously to the area for at least 15 minutes. Ice compresses swelling which occurs because tiny capillaries shatter on impact, releasing blood and fluid into the area. Cocunut oil is also good for the bruises .It also takes care of the scars.
5. Clean your tongue by drinking loads of water. You can also get a cleansing effect with any vegetable or fruit containing lots of water.
6. Bad breath is another problem almost all of us have. Bad breath is caused by bacteria that live beneath the surface and at the back of your tongue and in gums. You can get some temporary relief by scraping or brushing them away softly. Brushing too hard can damage your taste buds. If you can not brush or clean your tongue then drink a full glass of water to combat dry mouth. Parsley is another bad breath fighter.
7. To share is to take care but the clothes you lent to your best friend comes back with body odour. Your own body heat can activate odour trapped in fabric, worsening even a mild smell. If you don’t have an odour-neutralizing spray, try placing sheets of fabric softener in the garment’s armholes and let them sit. The mild scent will mask odour temporarily without harming the jacket.
8. Cut small pieces of turnip and put into warm water. Add salt to it and soak your feel in it in winters. It will take the swelling off your feel. Rub it will olive oil later.
