The heading of the article could come quite as a surprise. Today, in this competitive world when there is dog bite dog, where trust is just another word how trusting could lead to success?  90 per cent of the people reading this know the value of faith. Have you ever thought of that God might prefer you to take care of some of your own problems? Having faith in God is both a virtue and a necessity. But it can be much more helpful if it is spread around a bit. It is as important to have faith in others, faith in mankind in general, as it is to have faith in Him.

HOW TRUST HELPS
Having faith when someone is not well and will become well again is fine but you must also have faith in the doctor, too. You need to trust the doctor that he is preceding with the right medications. This is not a debate of good doctors or bad ones as there are both in all fields but the point is that one good way to solve problems is to take the problem to a competent person in its particular field. There are many people who worry about so many things because they have no trust in others.

Give your brain time to work on more important things and stop worrying about being cheated by the local vendor, or the parking lot attendant. Most people are reliable and do their jobs as honestly as possible, so have some faith in them. You will waste time and energy worrying because of your lack of faith in others.

This can be applied to any and all aspects of life. Some people always feel that they are being taken advantage of. It is from lack of faith in their fellow workers and supervisors.
You might have some faults. This kind of attitude must make you unhappy at your job, or at anything else for that matter. Forget about the promotion you did not get; stop feeling sorry for yourself. A hundred reasons are running through your mind as to why you did not get it. In most cases things like playing the golf with the boss, or taking him to dinner does not matter very much. Most businessmen are interested only in who is best qualified for a particular position, promotion or rise as that is what will bring more profits to his business. You simply must have faith in your boss, and believe that he is interested primarily in bettering his business. Learn to be happy at your work, or if you feel that's impossible, find something else to do.

Try doing a little more than is required of you. A.W. Robertson wrote, “If a man does only what is required of him, he is a slave. The moment he does more, he is a free man.”
Have a bit of faith in people, including bosses. That will only lead you.
