Look Young, Even In Your Fortys

I was getting late for the parent teacher meet in my son’s school and the reason why my husband was screaming that why we females can’t get ready on time was a male only, my son who was making fuss over what should I wear and what I should not. He is just 4 years old but he knew that the dress will make me look fat or other one will make me look old and he did not want his mummy to look fat or old in front of his friends. I am glad that such incidents make me more motivated to take care of myself which we women often forget and blame it on circumstances, family pressures and other issues which may not be as important as they sound and what they do in their free time is watch ‘saas bahu’ serials most of the time or gossip about the females who go to the gym or a dance class calling it such a waste of time. And this is one of the prime reason for backache, acidic problems etc.  And then they start complaining about getting old all the times even when they are just forty. Feel like in 20’s even when you are 40.

Live Each Moment- Start from Now
When the kids are young, we often spend most of the times changing nappies or making them feed all the times and when it’s time to have some quality time with our life partner we prefer sleep over it because we are too tired even to talk. Don’t let life do this to you. Live each moment. Take some time out for yourself too and don’t let anyone steal that time for you. Do something that relax your mind for sometime every day as a relaxed mind is the base of healthy skin.

Look after yourself
1. Remember the time when you were in college how even a pimple made you sleepless at the night. Take care of your skin. Get a facial done at least once in two months as after the age of 35, you get more wrinkles on your skin. A facial will tighten your skin and good looking skin will definitely make you feel young.

2. Wear nice clothes, whatever makes you feel good regularly and on just special occasions. It is not necessary that you wear make up all the times but be presentable to yourself. Look in the mirror and appreciate that you are looking good.

3. Try to exercise every morning. Yoga is very good for the health and the beauty of the body. Walking is another good option which keeps you fit and san from lot many diseases.

4. Have a weight plan and control your diet accordingly. Switch to healthy fruits and avoid fried ones.

5. Our body is like a machinery, keep it in working condition else its screws will get rust and will host heart troubles, stress, blood pressure etc.
