So for the healthy shining hair follow the simple tips.

1. Don’t take Vitamin A in excess as this could lead to hair loss.
2. Beat the stress with medication and regular exercise.
3. Don’t over bleach or perm your hair.
4. Don’t use very warm water for the wash. Do the final rinse with cold water.
5. Make sure that the hair dryer is not very warm as it can spoil the roots of the hair. Do test it on skin before you apply it on your head.
6. Don’t use rubber band. Opt for a pin or clip instead.
7. Use your fingers as comb while your hair are wet. They won’t break that ways.

USE OF ELECTRONICS
Avoid using blow dryer, straightening iron or hot rollers as they damage the cuticles of the hair. If such things are unavoidable, then use them only when your hair are fully dry and use them at a minimum distance of 6 inches from the scalp.

REGULAR OIL MASSAGE
1. Regular massage and giving steam to your hair will nourish them which make the natural shine come out. Rosemary oil, coconut oil and almond oil increases the blood circulation of the scalp and strengthen the hair roots.
2. Use a good quality conditioner after the head wash.
3. Condition your hair regularly to retain their softness. Lemon, Henna, curd etc are good conditioners.
4. Don’t leave the shampoo, so rinse well when you wash your hair.

RIGHT DIET
The right balanced diet is very essential to keep your hair fit. Eat lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. Include green vegetables, salads, milk products and sprouts in your diet. Eat vitamins, proteins etc in the required proportions. Drink lots of water, at least 8-10 glasses per day. Eat diet with zinc as studies prove that zinc helps in preventing hair loss.  Vitamin B is good for hair which are found in yeast products and eggs. Avoid tea, coffee, and oily and fried food articles. Spicy food is also injurious for health and hair. Neem is very good for the hair. One can boil them in water and let the water cool and then wash your hair with it.

Exercising regularly helps in building good blood circulation which is very good for the skin and hair of the body. Aerobics and swimming are very good options. Keep control of your anger. Stress and tension also affects your hair so stay away from the stress.
