Human body is a miracle in itself. There are trillions of cells in a human being which have the capacity to manufacture proteins, power plants to generate energy, intricate transportation systems for molecules, and a network for communication. All cells are constantly moving, pulsating and dividing. Every cell has a conditioned consciousness and the system uniting all the cells has a collective consciousness.

An average adult human being is made up of 60 million cells. Every cell is a highly organized unit and a building block, which combines to form tissues, and different tissues join together to make the various organs of a body. Various organs work together to make different systems of the body such as nervous system, digestive system, circulatory system etc. Despite being independent units, the cells usually work together. All the different parts of the body, all its cells, want to move in unification.

Each cell contains a complete set of work-instructions called ‘Human Genome’. With each breath we take, we are releasing atoms from cells of every organ in your body and with each ingoing breath; we are bringing atoms to every cell and organ in your body. We are renewing our body and replacing the cells of our vital organs with every breath we take.

Understanding how these cells affect us can help us programme our body for perfect health.
Every cell has intelligence within it. Our attitude determines our health. Take a look at your own attitude towards your body and your potentiality of physical expression. If you think of yourself as sleepy, then that is what you are going to be, because all of those trillions of cells are your servants. If you order them, through your thoughts, they do their very best to carry out the instructions you have given. There is equal opportunity to instruct them to express health, strength and vitality and they will do accordingly. Every time you think a thought, it affects your nervous system, which, in turn, influences the other organs of your body. Each cell in your body works according to the thoughts you think.

If you are pessimistic, all the cells in your body are virtually half-dead. Your digestion slows down, elimination suffers; circulation is congested; and the whole outward appearance on your face will soon show that condition. There are extra stem cells in the body. Stem cells are nature’s blank slates, capable to evolving into any human cell type. They are thus vital to replacing dysfunctional cells to treat diseases. You can instruct the cells of any particular organ to repair and rebuild itself by new atoms which you inhale through your breath. When you are optimistic, it puts back life in your cells. The little cells respond with joy, giving messages of hope. See how they efficiently clean up your body driving out all those undesirable wastes and throwing them out from the body.  Everything works in order so think good as your mind is the architect and builder of your body.
