It is almost impossible to find a person who is not scared of something or the other. Getting scared does not mean getting scared of the dark or the demon. Every emotion which is associated with some kind of uncomfortable feeling can be a shape of fear. Face fear and overcome it. Some fears are discussed as follows:
1. BEING ALONE: Some people are always scared of being alone. This fear is often seen in girls especially at the time when their friends are getting married. Mostly women feel that a man and children completes them and the fear of this incompleteness is reflected in other things too. Marrying the wrong man will only make things worse, so wait for the right person for some time. Marriage is one thing in which you should not take hurried decisions. If you are undergoing this fear, spend time with single friends. Focus on your career. And simply have fun.
2. WALL AROUND YOU: It is a very strange kind of fear where the person builds a wall around himself so that he does not get emotionally bonded with anyone. One don’t speak truly as one feels that showing his or her feelings will make the other person emotionally connected or the other person might take the wrong message of a light conversation. Don’t make a wall around you but learn the art of maintaining distance where required.
