The main aim of education is to develop human resource, expertise and goodness in human beings. These qualities are essential for work-Culture, success in life of an individual, national development and progress. We have diverse and many systematized branches of Education and earning. After Independence of our country in 1947   much progress in education has been made. Many infrastructural achievements have been made and many more are in completion.

Various sciences and their practical applications have changed the world scenario and the life of man materially by harnessing natural forces and resources to the need of human beings. We have switch-button comforts, enjoyments of electricity, quick travel of sorts, TV Mobile-phones, control over diseases, pain, ATMs and what not also for our delicious food, drinks, pleasures, recreation, enjoyments, comforts and luxury. Machines are largely replacing man. The Government has no proper planning of developing human-resource of various disciplines to synchronies with national requirements of developing economy.

As a result the Government and the private institutions of teaching are manufacturing Graduates. Post Graduates and calibers of various types of faculties and disciplines of all the grades without any appraisal, proper assessment and targets of requirements of the public and private sectors and market demand. The outcome is spiraling un-employment of the educated youth which is around several crores, unplanned establishment of Institutes and production are creating a glut of human products; largely low-grade and unmarketable. Most of us do know that unplanned location of Industry without regard o Industrial conditions, factors and market demand etc. is bound to result in superfluous produc¬tion causing largely wasteful production and losses.

Social Wastes due to-unplanned education policies of Human Resources Development Departments of the Governments are Social Explosives as evidenced by widespread student indiscipline on a large scale. Importantly post-graduation in Social Sciences, Business Management, Finance Insurance; Engineering, Medical and other Technological disciplines are very largely necessary to very high caliber students. Literary and theoretical Education being largely infructous does not serve the needs of the individual, society and the nation in the present era of specialization and expertise in all the fields. So it is imperative to vocational education and establishes a network of Poly-Techniques, Vocational Institutes, Arts and Crafts Schools, and Workshops of Sorts etc to Siphon off lower grade categories of students, to those units on attitudinal basis after their proper selection by the concerned Boards.

Education must produce Luminaries and useful citizens, with proper development of their character, work expertise and personalities. Government plans to delink degrees from jobs by self-employment schemes to tackle the mounting problem of un-employment. Every Government is under obligation to provide employment to the workers and price stability to the people. Price hikes of sorts are inflationary and are no solution to the national problems. Population explosion should be properly worked out and policies to curb the population explosion should be implemented. Proper planning and developing of Human Resource related to national needs, overhauling educational policies, systems and procedures may help solve some of our burning problems to an extent.
