1. FAST FOOD
We call it, shortness of time or being modern or simply the taste, everyone seems to be a lover or burgers, pizzas, pastas etc. Having these foods occasionally does not harm the body but making the fast food a habit in your life style does no good to your body. Fast food is not nutritious. Such food has Tran’s fats in it which increases the cholesterol. Most of these are made of flour which does not have the right amount of fiber in it and it also harms the digestive system of the body.

2. CHOCOLATE-CHEWING GUMS
Excess chocolate or chewing gums can add dental problems. Though sugar free chewing gums act as cleansers but excess consumption can lead to muscular problems. They also add gastric discomfort to the body. In fact chewing gums, chocolates, cigarettes etc habits can be a result of stress. Try to be stress free.

3. TIGHT BELT
When we breathe, we use our lower lungs which results in the movement of the diagram. And when we use the tight belt around our waist, then that will put pressure on the upper lungs for breathing which will result in breathing problems, headaches or dizziness.

4. TIGHT JEANS
Tight jeans or wearing hipster trousers can cause joint and muscle pains in women as it can press a delicate nerve under the hip bone. Such clothing can also provoke burning sensation and also make the body prone for infection. In America, experts believe that tight jeans can cause impotency in males.

5. PENCIL HEELS
Wearing pencil heels gives a new look to your personality and it makes you appear smart.  But wearing them all the times can harm your body as it puts pressure on the back and the heel of the foot. Wearing heels for longer period can also harm the spinal cord of the body.

6. MOBILE PHONES
In today’s busy world, mobile phones have become an indispensable part of our lives. But talking on the mobile phone all the times can be unhealthy. This affects the body posture in a way and the radiations from the phone increases the chances of the headache and other problems. It is advisable to use land line phone wherever it is possible.

7. PAIN KILLERS
So you are having a headache, pop up a pain killer or for any other aches pop up a pain killer for immediate relief. These may provide you relief for the moment but in long run, these have adverse effects on the body.

8. COMPUTERS/LAPTOPS
Excessive use of these can have adverse effects on your vision. Excessive use of laptop can put pressure on different parts of the body in an unhealthy way as most of use the laptop in our laps.

9. SOFT DRINKS

Modern man wants to quench the thirst with soft drinks rather than with water. These soft drinks eat our bones and decrease calcium content in our bodies. It also damages our teeth and spoils our digestive system slowly.

10. MUSIC FROM THE IPODS

The earphones used with the iPods or mp3 players are designed in such a way that they cut any outer sounds for clear sound quality of the music you are listening. Listening to them for more than 12 hours can adversely affect the ear drums.
