Your every day drinks like tea, coffee or milk etc can affect the iron element in your body which can result in fatigue, breathing problem etc is taken on wrong timings. It is very important that you are drinking these beverages on the right time. Some are discussed as follows:

TEA OR COFFEE
Any drink which has caffeine in it which includes fizzy drinks also makes it difficult for the body to consume iron. Tea and coffee reduces body’s iron consumption by 50 percent. It also affects the calcium and zinc consumption in the body.
The best time to have tea is to have it at a fixed time everyday. Besides that it should be either is taken one hour prior or one hour after any meal so that it does not affect the nutrient value of the food to be used by the body.

MILK
Milk itself contents iron but not enough to fill the body needs. It primarily contains calcium and phosphate which also affects the iron consumption. It is advisable that it should not be taken with food as it reduces the iron in the body and also delays digestion process.
If the food you are taking does not have iron content in it, then having milk along with the meal increases the calcium consumption of the body and in that case it becomes beneficial.

JUICES
Any beverage having vitamin ‘C’ in them which most of the juices have is very beneficial for the body if taken along with the meals or even after or before the meals. The acid in Vitamin ‘C’ helps in increasing the hemoglobin. It is very healthy to have iron content and Vitamin ‘C’ together. Increase the intake of Vitamin ‘C’ through your food.
You can consume juices anytime and it is best if you have it during meals.

ALCOHOL
