In the past five years terrorists attacks were there in UP, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Jammu and Kashmir. These shows the terrorists have not made any exception of any one political party ruled state. The major issue now confronting anti- terrorist personnel is how to curb this easy inflow of arms and ammunition to terrorists? The Indian policy makers are baffled at the arms aid being extended by great powers to countries like Pakistan in the name of fighting a war against terrorism.
