Dining and weight loss are complimentary to each other. So, if are under the impression that you cannot dine out when are on a diet, Think again….. The truth is that you can easily stay on your weight loss plan as long as you follow some guidelines. Try to stick within your calorie range for a meal. Don't overdo it. Don't feel like you have to finish all the food you are served. We want you to stay on track. You can follow our suggestions below and have a great time!

Breakfast, an integral part of our eating structure can start with eggs - Choose egg dishes, preferably white egg dishes. You should stay away from too much cheese or processed meats such as sausage or bacon. Choose some fresh fruit on the side. Skip the pancakes, French toast and waffles and stick with a whole grain toast or rye. Well…That's you need to have to stay away from calories.

Go for a Chinese cuisine while dining out - Choose chicken, shrimp or beef with vegetables and Steer clear of those egg rolls, shrimp rolls, and fried rice. Try to order a meal without heavy, syrupy sauces and see the difference.

Italian food is good for you while dieting - The fresh fish dishes are usually great, just make sure it isn't fried. Or try chicken piccata. Also, have a delicious salad with olive oil and vinegar or the house vinaigrette dressing. If you must have pasta, stick with one that has a red sauce as opposed to a cream sauce. Seafood Fra Diavolo is a good choice if you really want some pasta. Or try linguini with clam sauce. Try to limit your bread intake. If you must have a slice of bread, have olive oil on it, not butter. For dessert, try some sorbet or just have a cappuccino and add some artificial sweetener and fulfill your appetite.

Foods like Japanese are in - So if you like sushi, go for it. If you need your fish cooked, try a shrimp teriyaki meal. Or try chicken teriyaki. The salads are good for you. You can give Miso soup a try but strictly stay away from fried foods.

Mexican food can be tried sometime - Guacamole is very healthy but it can just be calorie dense. Use it sparingly. Have a few tortilla chips with salsa and you can go for Fajitas as they are good. Try the chicken fajitas and put lots of peppers and onions in it. The grilled shrimp is usually delicious, too. You should not go for refried beans as they are not a good idea. Keep away from excess cheese.

So, rejoice guys….You've got a lot of options available to dine while dieting.
