These are normally known as thermogenic drugs and are available without a doctor's prescription.

All diet pills are meant for short term usage only as their side-effects are many and could be harmful. Some of the most common effects include stomach cramps, blurred vision, anxiety, allergic reaction, dizziness and tiredness. However, this does not mean that diet pills are a strictly no..no. With the right kind of doctor's advice and discipline along with exercise and diet control one can lose effective body weight and side effects could be history.
